Return Policy

Thank you for joining our community and shopping at Kingdom Treasure. As a small business start up, we greatly appreciate your support in our brand and want you to enjoy our designs just as much as we enjoyed creating them. That is why we offer a 30 day window for returns/refunds.

Please review our policy below very carefully before emailing us to start your return:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to our email within 30 days after the product has been received from which we would process the return. You must provide a photo of the misprinted/damaged/defective item in question to our email as well. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
